Hey guys by many requests, here I post my quick recipe for my mornings smoothie
Most of the times for the base I use the same ingredients. Avocado & Vegetal Milk.
Sometimes if I feel a little bit more creative or just that I wanna add some other flavor to the bowl like in this case, I add some other base.
Oats Milk - Soy Milk
Chia and Sesame Seeds
The procedure its to blend the base (separately) in a blender, then poor it in a bowls and start topping as your wish !
Make sure decorations are beautiful and fancy ! Will give you a better taste!
